I am very passionate about teaching, have a good knowledge in my subject matter. I have a record of 85% to 95% students average in board exams(Bengali ICSE AND ISC level). I use modern teaching methods and teach in a comprehensive way making sure they can understand. I encourage my students to perform better appreciating their efforts while giving constructive criticism. Taking test on regular basis. Teaching Bengali grammar in simple way. Description of Prose and poetry in a way that students can understand. Proper knowledge of Board exams patterns.
