I have worked as a full- time Professor and also currently I'm a freelancer so I can handle both extremes easily. Teaching is my passin and I believe I am really very good at it. I try understanding their requirements and then focus on helping them to grow. For me English is no foreign language for an Indian because their are more people who use English knowingly and unknowingly. It's the confidence that matters, but most importantly the zeal to learn and grow. The right mentor can create magic in anyone.
