Am teaching according to the mentality of the students and try to make them learn each and everything .Creating a positive and nurturing environment.I make each and every student feel free to ask any question .I make discussion in my lecture to get the different points of views of different students .Sometimes students get bored to attend lectures then i provide them relaxation .By making freindly environment with students they learn better even then whole lecture by creating pressure on students .So i want to prefer freindly teaching rather than other.
