My teaching style is flexible totally based on the student's interest and grasping power. I offer various methods as an option to the students to understand the subject in best possible way.
All because of my effort to make student understand in the best possible way attracts students to learn from me. I put my best to deliver the content to the students.
I believe that how good a teacher is totally depends on the students understanding, i.e., if the student says that I made it easy for them to understand it is an achievement.
If not then its not always the fault of the student, it is the responsibility of the teacher to put effort and use various options to deliver the topic easily.
