Apart from my understanding with mathematical concepts and terms, I possess a high psychological mindset capable of understanding my learners in terms of their mathematical foundation. 89% of students who happen to dislike mathematics turn out to choose the subject as their best when am involved. Time tells more. I basically employ questioning and play-way method during intro and then students personal presentation to boost self esteem. Seeing myself as a great teacher is dependent on my results through my works...I give room to my employers to answer after a job well done.
