I help students to understand the topics and analyze their competencies by oral drills.Help them to understand things in easy to understand way .Daily basis revision of previous class .Help them to put forth their ideas and their opinion to create better understanding. Use daily life related examples for their ease . Special focus and retaining tricks for weak students .Work on both writing and speaking skills .So that students be able to explain the same topic without hesitation .Calm and positive attitude towards teaching makes me a perfect Teacher .Because teaching is not just a career for me its the art of shaping future . Not every student have same ability of understanding and learning but teaching each student in the way they learn better is my aim.I use regular, informal assessments to monitor student progress and provide remedies .Build strong relationships with students and encourage mutual respect.I combine traditional face-to-face instruction with online learning activities.
