Experienced Lecturer having 15 years experience of physical and online teaching of Chemistry, Biology, Science, Education, Total Quality Management and Renewable Energy. I deliver concept based lectures that foster a deep understanding of scientific principles. My teaching style is interactive and student-centered, which focus on critical thinking and problem-solving skills. For the clarification of concepts, I use different Methodologies like Videos, Powerpoint presentations, discovery method, flipped classroom, case based learning, depends on the nature of the class. I utilize digital tools, simulations, and online resources to enhance learning and keep students engaged. By producing an engaging and supportive learning environment, I have achieved high student satisfaction consistently and improved academic performance.
