Hi, I'm Sidra Nosheen Fatima, a dedicated sports science professional with an M.Phil in the field. I’ve had the honor of publishing work nationally and internationally and regularly write assignments in physical education and sports sciences.Over the past four years, I’ve been teaching these subjects online through the School Education Department (SED), and it’s been a truly rewarding experience.Transitioning to online teaching has been both a challenge and a joy. Mastering video conferencing software, virtual whiteboards, and learning management systems was crucial in creating interactive and captivating lessons that kept my student engaged.Effective communication is key in online education, especially without face-to-face interaction. I prioritize being accessible to my students through email, virtual office hours, and discussion boards, ensuring they feel supported and can reach out whenever they need assistance.Creating a welcoming and inclusive virtual classroom is central to my teaching philosophy. I believe every student should feel valued and respected, so I work hard to create an environment where they can express themselves freely. I design my lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and backgrounds, ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed.Engaging students online can be challenging. Without the physical presence of a teacher, it's easy for students to become distracted.
