Hi there! I'm Ritchel Salili and my students call me teacher Ritch. I have been an ESL TEACHER for quite some time now. I have handled plenty of students from different countries both online and offline platform. With my experience dealing with diverse learners I manage to learn how important to be patient especially in giving instructions for beginners. As a result, they like my teaching style as I don't pressure them nor put them in great anxiety. In terms of my methodology I always make sure they learn something from the curriculum provided by the company or me because it's so essential as a teacher that they are able to comprehend something particularly in a real life situation.

    I was teaching English to Japanese students in an online platform. Most of my students are adults mainly focusing on business English, general conversation as well as grammar. In addition, there are also young learners who I taught to. All of my students are from beginners to intermediate levels and I handled them with great patience, understanding and of course the most important thing is passion.
  • Philippines (May, 2019–Oct, 2020) at I. Breeze international language center
    Aside from being an online teacher I used to be an offline tutor. I was not only focusing in one nationality but diversed. Like in my recent job I was an English teacher for quite some time and some of my students offered me to teach them personally as they saw my potential as a teacher. To sum up, I have been in this industry since I graduated from college. I've met tons of people from different countries as well.
