As a teacher, I have to find out my student problems. Pin the points what he is afraid of. Than started to teach him many different methods until he clear out the concept. Not mandatory he get at once but it is my responsibility to clear his all problem . I will teach business studies subjects, so i know many tricks to crack at exam. If my student attentive to me than it is clear that he do not have any doubt at his study. And mostly a good friend can be a good teacher. if he afraid of me than he may not clear all his problems. So he should feel all his problem to me than it is my headache how i will clear this all doubt.
