My name is Qurrat-ul-ain Mirza. I hold a Master's degree in English from the University of Sargodha and a B. Ed. from the University of Education, Lahore. With six years of teaching experience at Government College of Technology and Sanai School System, I developed and implemented comprehensive English curricula for students. My teaching approach focused on creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that encouraged active participation and critical thinking.

Recently, I served as a lecturer at the Government College of Technology, Sargodha. In this capacity, I teach advanced English courses, with a strong emphasis on literature, composition, and communication skills. I utilize a variety of teaching methods, including collaborative projects, interactive discussions, and multimedia resources, to cater to diverse learning styles and enhance student engagement.

One of my key focuses is on developing students' communication skills. I incorporate activities such as debates, presentations, and group discussions into my lessons to help students articulate their thoughts clearly and confidently. I also provide individualized feedback and coaching to improve their writing skills, from basic grammar and composition to advanced essay writing.

Beyond the classroom, I mentor students in academic writing and public speaking, preparing them for competitions and presentations. My students have successfully participated in and won positions in English essay writing and debates at divisional and regional levels, reflecting the effectiveness of my teaching methods and their dedication.

My goal is to inspire a love of language and literature in my students, equipping them with the skills necessary for academic success and effective communication in their personal and professional lives.
