I am Francis Aruna Jalloh, a language engineer from Sierra Leone with 9 years of teaching experience. I prefer facilitation over traditional teaching methods. I create detailed materials with notes and exercises that learners can use to direct their learning, rather than assuming they know nothing and explaining everything. This approach has brought great success from both my past and present students.
