Prepare learners not only for success in high stake exams but also for scientific reasoning and clinical acumen for decision making in treatment planning. Any branch of health profession need to foster critical thinkers, good practitioners, and researchers. With almost 22 years of experience in dentistry, I want to work out of dental school boundaries to help student achieve their academic/ clinical goals and help them understand and train in skills by strengthening their theoretical and evidence based concepts. I offer Mentoring and counselling services to help student independent leaners and practitioners.
I devise my lessons according to perception level of learners and encourage questioning and discussions. I focus on retention reinforcement and retrieval of knowledge along with development of soft skills eg communication and motivation.
