I am a teacher who doesn't impose her style on the students. I'd rather gauge the comprehension level and style of the student and move ahead. My satisfaction comes from seeing a student being able to progress from a particular level to a higher level entirely riding on my efforts. I always try to clear the apprehensions and doubts from the student's side and I am also always ready to accept mistakes and concede if I'm not aware of something that I'm supposed to know. I move ahead with the assurance that every child who comes under my care will definitely be able to do better, equipped with skills that are required for the present day world.
