I have a teaching experience in a reputed Engineering college for about 14 years, honoured with best teacher award.Have an experience of teaching CBSE class 11 and 12 students online.Have been teaching state board intermediate students.Having seen many of students in my vast experience.I feel that same method of teaching doesn't work for all the students.So I try to adapt to the student's level.My way of teaching is interactive, related math to day to day activities wherever possible and concept based .I encourage students to ask questions . It gives me a picture of how much the student has grasped.It keeps the student more attentive.
