I am a Hindustani Classical Music Tutor. I have been teaching offline for about a year now. I hold a Visharad diploma in Hindustani classical music from Bhatkhande Vidyapeeth, a post graduate diploma in Hindustani classical music from Bhatkhande Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya and currently pursuing Masters in Performing Arts in Hindustani classical music. My teaching technique involves only necessary music theory. It focuses only on the practicality of the subject. With beginners in Music, I start with basic introductions, voice culture techniques, ascending and descending patterns, basic raagas, notes and frequencies and the student is interested I teach them semi classical Bollywood songs too. In case of intermediaries, i briskly brush up through their prior knowledge of music and move to intermediate raagas, aalap, taan, advance voice culture techniques, intermediary note patterns for better note interval and frequency understanding and specifically focus on student's doubts, difficulties and interests.
