My name is Meloticia Karechi Ayiro I am a teacher by profession and currently teaching at Nairobi Montessori School ages 6_9 years.During teaching I implement Montessori Methodology this entails teaching according to level and pace of the child.Every end month I usually set exams for my children on the topics that we have covered this helps to determine whether the topics learnt are grasped or not.Incase the topic is not grasped I always repeat them and ensure it is well mastered before moving to the next topic .For the 2 years that I have been teaching I have always ensured that I create a good relationship with my children and by so doing them students always excelled well in their academics.I am looking forward to working with your children and exchanging ideas with them.
