Hello! I'm Navodya Jayathilake,
I am a proud graduate of KIU International University with an unwavering passion for teaching. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I offered free online classes to girls across the island, dedicated to uncovering and nurturing their hidden talents. My approach focuses on enhancing students' knowledge, attitudes, and skills through modern methods, encouraging them to explore various subjects. By integrating history, Buddhist civilization, Buddha Dharma,(Sinhala medium) and English for primary children, I inspire students to broaden their horizons. Emphasizing a student-centered education, I transcend rote learning, engaging students in practical activities, assignments, and discussions to make learning an enriching and dynamic experience.

KIU ජාත්‍යන්තර විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ උපාධිදරයෙකු වන මම ඉගැන්වීම විනෝදාංශය කරගත් අයෙක් වෙමි. කොරෝනා වසංගත සමයේ නොමිලේ මාර්ගගතව දිවයින පුරා සිටි දූ දරුවන්ට ඉගැන්නුවෙමි. නවීන ක්‍රමවලට සිසුවාගේ දැනුම, ආකල්ප හා කුසලතා ඔප්නංවමින් සැඟවුණු දක්ෂතා ඔප් නැවීමට අවශ්‍ය මග පෙන්වාදෙමි. ඉතිහාසය, බෞද්ධ ශිෂ්ටාචාරය, බුද්ධ ධර්මය සහ ප්‍රථමික දරුවන්ට ඉංග්‍රීසි භාෂාව ආදි විෂය ක්ෂේත්‍රයන් පිළිබඳ නිරන්තර ගවේෂණයෙන් ලබා ගන්නා දැනුම ඔස්සේ සෙසු විෂයන්ට ද සිසුවා උනන්දු කරවමි. ශිෂ්‍ය කේන්ද්‍රීය අධ්‍යාපනය මූලික කරගනිමින්, කට පාඩම් කිරීමෙන් ඔබ්බට ගොස් ප්‍රායෝගික ක්‍රියාකාරකම් හරහා ඉගෙනුම් හා ඉගැන්වීම් ක්‍රියාවලිය සිදු කරන අතර පැවරුම්, ප්‍රශ්නපත්‍ර සාකච්ඡා මගින් ඉගැන්වීම් ක්‍රියාවලිය සිදු කරන්නෙමි.
