    • Online and Offline Vibration Monitoring surveys of all Rotating & turbo machinery at Oil and Gas Stations with Bentley Nevada System1 3500 and Brüel & Kjær and Portable Vibration Analyzer Emerson CSI 2140, SKF CMXA75
    • Retain and bring up to date Machinery Database in SKF Machine Analyst.
    • Situ Balancing of Compressor with Bentley System1 and Workshop Balancing of Rotors up to 17 tons, Couplings, with IRD/ABRO Balancing Machines. As well as Dynamic situ balancing by using SKF Portable Instrument.
    • Boroscope of Power turbines/Engines by Olympus Baroscopic kit.
    • Carry out Comprehensive Vibration Analysis Reports.
    • System1 Health Survey Report.
    • Onsite Analysis of Rotating Machinery By Using ADRE 408 SXP/ADRE 208.
    • collect Lube Oil Samples by proper method and Carry out Lube Oil Analysis, TAN, Oxidation, Viscosity, Water Contamination tests through Shell Lube Analyst,
    • Generate work order Notification by CMMS & using SAP & manage SAP activities and daily schedules.
    • Post Check Reports of Compressors and turbines.
    • Calculate Isentropic Efficiency Performance and also maintain the record of polytrophic efficiency of Compressors.
    • Hands own experience on PI System/Nibras/Alert System for monitoring of Process parameter of Compressor.
    • Maintain/trouble shooting Bentley3500 rack Operation and Maintenance Issues.
    • Trouble shoot & Optimize Bentley Nevada System1.
    • Test the Proximity sensor linearity.
    • Conduct In-house trainings for subordinate technicians
