A child can't be perfect in every thing, finding talent of student is one of the difficult task and i would like to find what a student want. As a tutor and well wisher i suggest don't pressurise a student for anything and let them do what they want.
I will try to first identify needs of a student then set goals and develope lesson plans and then engage student in it.
