My name is Irine Nelima Muhuyi. I am a well rounded educator who works with excellent organisational skills, solid instructional methods and hands on experience as an asset to teaching.I encourage student learning by incorporating creative learning areas,hands on activities and fun manipulative. I do research to develop new skills, activities, implement beneficial resources and refine teaching techniques which aid in both teaching and learning.I also establish a good rapport with students and make certain that they receive sufficient praise and positive reinforcement.I utilize these strategies to introduce new concepts and establish a connection between the classroom and every day life, foster an exciting atmosphere and teach fundamental skills.
