I am a trained Computer Engineer with a Masters’ in Computing Systems. I have more than 20 years of experience, being a University Faculty, Trainer, Coach and Mentor. As a Faculty, my focus has always been to help my students to reach their goals and achieve success. As a Trainer, I have helped participants with their understanding, which has helped them to perform efficiently and productively at work. My passion for public speaking led me to leadership and skills development. Working as an Independent Coach, my role is to get people to identify their own strengths as communicators. I have helped more than 800 participants to realize their potential and become positively motivated.
I am an avid trekker and I have explored and hiked through the Himalayan terrain in India as also the trekking spots in various emirates of UAE. This hobby has taught me to adapt to adverse conditions and complete whatever you set out to do. My desire to excel and adapt in my role have facilitated me to help build participant’s self-confidence.

    As a freelance Trainer and Coach I undertake multiple assignments as a faculty, coach and trainer with different companies. These assignments typically are a one to three days engagement in a week. Hence, from 2008 to present, the dates of my work may be seen overlapping with different companies.

    • Co-partnered as a Lead Coach for “Presentation Skills and Communication” workshop at Al Tayer Stocks, Dubai.
    This was a 4-day workshop for Middle Management team of 20 delegates, focusing on the need to communicate with clarity to Senior Management and customers to achieve business objectives.
    • Conducted a workshop (as a Soft Skills Trainer) on “Effective Supervisory Skills” in Total Lubricants for 6 participants.
    This was a 2 – day workshop for a team of 6 candidates who had been identified by the company for a career progression to next level of managing people. The objective was to get these candidates to recognize their leadership strengths, give them insights into the challenges ahead and ways to manage their teams.
    • Conducted a workshop on “Effective Business Communication Skills” for Reddington, Dubai. This was a 2 – day workshop for 13 delegates and it was aimed at improving email and telephone communication skills for business.
  • Corporate Trainer (Sep, 2008–Dec, 2018) at Corporate Trainer (IT) for Executrain of Dubai
    • Conducting IT based trainings for participants / delegates on MS Office applications like Excel (Advanced), Power Point, Access, Word, Outlook. The courses are offered are basic, intermediate and advanced levels and run for a day or 2 days. My primary expertise is in conducting Excel Advanced, Access Advanced and Power Point – Intermediate and Advanced.
    • Trainings are conducted either as public courses or as in-company programs. Public courses have a mix of delegates from different companies and functions. The number of candidates varies from 6 to 20. In-company programs normally have 12 – 18 candidates per course and trainings are customized according to client requirements.
    • Few corporate clients are Dubai Petroleum, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Radisson SAS, Tiger Steel Engineering (Sharjah), PepsiCo, First Gulf Bank (Abu Dhabi), Du, Dubai World, Panasonic, Chalhoub and others.

    • One-on-one positive review coaching for participants on the program, to enable quick learnings.
    • Making sample presentations to the participants, in order to help them understand course learnings with ease.
