I am a friendly individual who is patient and able to adjust to the level of my student. I believe that effective learning comes from a teacher who is flexible enough to recognize the student's needs and provide the service in accordance to the students' pace because we are not all the same. Unlike some who measure results by exam scores, I tend to evaluate that by actually bringing practical scenarios to the student and see how they would conduct themselves to effectively communicate their thoughts and intentions. My creativity is an asset that I use with each student interaction to make the atmosphere condusive for learning. Finally, due to my customer care experience, I am able to work with a different range of personalities (e.g. thinkers, feelers, dictators) in order to truly bring out what they desire to achieve from each lesson. This is important because the entire aim is to get the desired results and not just come together only to walk away having achieved nothing.
