I am an experienced hardworking chess instructor. I love chess, I love teaching chess, I love to organize tournaments and I love helping students to prepare for tournaments.
I provide in-classroom lessons as well as private in-house sessions. One of my students won several trophies in New York tournaments for juniors. I have been playing chess over 45 Years. I was a winner of numerous tournaments and became Candidate master at the age of 13. I play some tournaments (mostly on-line 2300 rating on chess.com) although I do not play professionally. I would like to share my chess experience with beginner, intermediate and advanced level players. From 2009-2014 I was a supervisor of University of Bridgeport chessclub. Responsibilities included controlling the club budget, organizing tournaments, supervising participation in local and national tournaments, organizing lectures and other activities. My other chess experience includes part-time work in ChessNMath Toronto and NYC chess- largest chess organization in New York and New Jersey Library in Carteret (lessons and tournaments organization).
