I'm Joy, a phonics/diction expert. My classes are always fun cause I use fun rhymes, games and varieties of methods and techniques to engage my pupil/student and make learning fun. I prepare ahead for every class making sure I have a deep knowledge of the subject matter of the day. I respect my pupil/ student no matter how small you are and I love to reward them with a job well done-gift to motivate them to do more in the next class. I love to express a positive attitude cause I want my pupil/student to do the same. My classes are always engaging so we don't have a boring class, I love listening to you speak and ask questions it helps me understand your strengths and know how to get you better. I'm punctual and cheerful and I have a strong work ethic. I am creative and visionary when it comes to my pupil/student's growth. I am warm and supportive and I love kids especially cause it is sweeter to train them from a young age till they are all grown.
