I believe in practical application of learning. I want students to be able to apply their knowledge and have distinct improvement in their style, capability and mannerisms. I do not like to go with rote learning. It's important for students to have a learning and can do aptitude. I believe in transparency from both teacher and student's part. I've ability to teach in multiple manners with empathy. I have been a brilliant students in my academics and curriculum. I am district winner in painting so as with studies, I'll also teach skills to the students like art and painting. With studies, students will also get in touch with their culture. I've good communication skills and will interact with introvert/extrovert students in warm manner so that they could be able to share their views on such topics which they are not able to talk with anyone. Time to Time interaction with parents will be done, so as their children performance can be improved at both the ends..
