i teach my students from grass root level because i particularly believe the problem arises to students because of lack of basics,so i start with basic,links concepts with real life experiences& problems,so as to implement basics at higher level & students will be able to grab things easily. i try to be very friendly with my students so that we can share our ideas with each other in frankly way. i take periodic tests so that parents as well as students get to know their present status.
