Teaching style - my hand written notes are ready with me .so I can illustrate them in most effective and efficient manner to students in minimum time and gave them maximum output .

I became a friend not a tutor for student after 2 to 3 classess. They don't hesitate to share anything with me like why they are lagging behind. I listen them and solve it in a friendly confidence booster way .
