My goal is to encourage and train the students to build study habits at school and home.
group work,exercise,class engagement and effective behavioural management are teaching methodology.
Great teachers dont give up on students with low grades or short attention spans.They also dont ignore or bore high achievers.They have high expectations, are highly motivating,and believe in all their students. Beyond high expectations,good teachers challenge their students.

An empathetic teacher is deeply in touch with their students and makes it a point to get to know each child,their family,their struggles,and their successes.An empathetic teacher lets students know they are always there to help and listen!
