In our school, my students will wait for my Maths class. Because of the good teaching with nice example, fun activity, Interactions and Post learning quiz etc. My students result will be good and satisfaction. When, I am teaching that concept and method should reach all the students. Not only for Toppers and average students. It should reach all the one. I will treat all the equally. My goal is 100% success. As a teacher I will give 100%. It will reach you upto 80%. Then remaining less than 20%, you should work for that. When the students start to love the teachers, that time only we get the real happiness. So, In my opinion the students success is my success.
