My teaching method is lecture method i also give example from our daily life to clear the concept of required topic.I use different strategies and method to clear the concept of the students.Main focus is the clearance of the concepts of the students.I creat friendly environment in my classroom thats why the students learn easily and in a good way.All possible strategies and methods are follow to teach the students.chemistry subject is very interesting subject if it is read and learn in mechanistic way.All the mechanisms are compulsory to clear the concepts of students.so i focus only on mechanism in organic chemistry.I am specialist in organic chemistry.I also teach primary students in a good and friendly environment.In friendly environment students learn very well.My assesment method is questioning answering and organise test to assess what will be achieve the students.studwnts mentality is also observe how they can learn very well.If students are slow learner then other methods and strategies are used therefore students learn very well and in a good way.Mian focus only to teach students friendly and to clear the concepts of students.
