Realistic examples, relate the concept with the real world, makes the easier things easy. I usually adopt the picture cum demonstration method. At my end, I always try that the student must understand the importance of studies with proper time schedule and prioritising the subjects on the basis of it's difficulty level and marks. I generally try to motivate the students which urges them to work hard and give their best. The results are usually good. My efforts to connect with the child makes me great teacher because then only I will get what's expected from them.
