Develop Annual Operations Plan of organization under the directions of CEO and in
coordination with Creative Director, Head Product Design, Sr. Team Lead Supply Chain, and
Marketing Brand Specialist of Organization.
In the annual plan, make sure to define Major Product Lines (RTW & RTS), Medium (fabrics
for the season), Fabric treatments (printing, dyeing, embroidery), Sourcing plan, Price range,
estimated cost, gross profit, color ways, No. of designs per line, no. of articles per design,
size variations, store allocations, design delivery dates, season launch, sale liquidation plan,
and etc.
Share annual plan approved by CEO with concerned departments (as directed by CEO), also
share the plan with Planning & Merchandize Specialists.
Guide his subordinates for developing Design wise plans.
Prioritize production developments for meeting the special events campaigns i.e. Mother’s
day, Valentine’s day, Women’s day etc.
Approve design wise planning sheets & perform Design wise (Production Order wise) Precosting of articles to identify unit cost and submit pre-costing report to CEO.
Develop pre-season stock standards and shop clusters, ensuring stock standards of shops
and items retained are synchronized, this is achieved through a pre-season matrix.
Allocate store wise replenishment plans and get approval from CEO
Propose mark downs at the closure of season at item level; post mark down analysis to
demonstrate liquidation of marked down items during a defined liquidation time period.
