- Overall 8 years of experience in Mechanical engineering design, product development, PLM, design optimisation, 3D modelling, ECO/ECR processes and advanced manufacturing systems including process planning.
- Good understanding about steel structure modelling, detailing, fabricating and installation, since my work experience at HCL Technologies and internship at NAL cater gathering information and implementing on live projects.
- Experienced in Mechanical Industrial design, sheet metal design, electro-mechanical components, cables & harnesses, power distribution units, enclosure design, sheet metal and block manufacturing processes.
Experienced in use of Design tools - Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD 19/20V, Creo 2.0, Image processing tools - DAVIS 8.0, PIVlab, Matlab, PDM/PLM Tool – Vault 19/20V, Enovia, MSS, Windchill 10.0 and Pro Intralink 3 & 4, Agile E6, SAP Engineering process, ECR/ECO Process, Pipe line design & stress analysis tools - PDMS and CAESAR II.
- Familiar with technical skills such as basics of GD&T and well versed on Dimensioning & Tolerancing standards per ASME 14.5M 1994 version Standards and Value Engineering.
