• Responsible for adherence of manufacturing standards in the factory. This
will include ISO22K & HACCP implementation, training, monitoring, auditing, updating and follow up adherence to active product formulation, manufacturing procedures and finished product specification.
• Assurance for the equipment cleaning & sanitation, verifying that correct CIP/COP methods are used.
• Responsible to check and monitor that all the activities are carried out as per standard operating procedures and excepted standards and systems and all the data is recorded in the authorized formats by the concerned individuals
and co-ordinate and report with the plant manager in case of any deviation and non-compliances observed and follow-up for the implementation of the corrective actions with the concerned departments.
• Responsible for change control, planning, co-ordination and implementing internal audit/vendor audit/Quality training program.
• Ensure critical to food safety processes are being complied with at any point in time during manufacturing. This would include metal detector, pest control, conveyor condition, equipment cleanliness, sieves & magnets, personnel hygiene, storage condition etc.
• Ensure testing of raw materials, packaging materials & finished goods as per standard sampling & test method with correct documentation.
• Market complaint analysis and defining CAPA in order to reduce the complaint in products. Supports and participates in new product development projects for customers and work with Business Heads, NPD, Purchase, Plant, Sales and Operations to define and improve product specifications.
• In process Quality Control to ensuring and monitoring product quality standards in Milk and Milk products)Ghee, buttermilk, curd, yogurt, smoothies, flavor milk etc.
• Microbial analysis of finished goods, RM, water and hygiene monitoring.

• Perform efficient and timely Microbial Analysis of finished product that is Joy me noodles and seasoning, choki choki chocolate paste, Kopiko cappuccino candy.
• Microbial analysis of Raw material and packaging material.
• Analysis of Processed water as per IS 4251 and drinking water as per IS 10500
• Participate in regulatory/certification(HACCP, HALAL, FSSAI)audit as well as internal audit.
• Educate employees to GLP, quality,food safety and regulatory requirement through training.
• Updating and preparing Work instruction,Test Method, Test and Inspection Plan for micro related activities.
• Responsible for Environment monitoring of whole plant.
• Ensure hygiene of machinary, floor and surfaces via swab analysis.
• Prepare microbiological media for the testing.
• Ensure that all equipment and instrument is in good working order and that all relevent certification and records keep up to date.
• Ensure that waste products and media within the microbiology department are disposed of in correct manner.
