I started teaching at very early age when Iam 16 year old. From then I am dealing with my students and every student make a teacher special because as a teacher I believe we can also learn from students. Every student requires a special technique to remember things not all students are same.
So yes my teaching style vary from student to student. Firstly I will analyse what will work for student then I implement that.
Because every student is unique in its own way.
I try to be very patient with my students and try to communicate in a humble way so that they can also share their problem and study peacefully and when ever they need guidance I can provide them.
Teaching is a every day learning process.
I believe a teacher should be equally strict and friendly to maintain a nice environment.
