To me, every student is like a child. Whenever I take their responsibilities,I try to give my best. I always try to take out the inner talent of a student.If they don't understand, I assist them most. I always help them doing their home tasks.I never hesitate to give extra time if they are in need of it.I like them who keep on trying.I engage with guardians. I never judge or demotivate anyone.
I believe that,none is suoerior,none is inferior because everyone is created by the same creator.
My speciality is I prepare 50% of my lecture in the class.
