With my 39 years of experience as a teacher, assistant warden, office administrator, deputy principal / Head Teacher/ Senior Administrator/Academic Director. I have gained confidence as an administrator and as a English teacher teaching at all levels from year 9 up to A Levels and also in running schools and made progressive improvement in terms of standards and also in introducing challenging programs of international standards. I am a reflective practitioner and believe that honing the art and craft of school administration is a great challenge. This gave me great motivation to pursue my studies in the related field and got my Masters in Management and Masters in Education and finishing my Doctorate in Education. I am also well versed with the Pearson Edexcel and CIE syllabus. I seek ways to support the work of my colleagues, provide them with instructional and curriculum leadership, and I promote individual professional development by conducting educational seminars. I lead by example and encourage collegiality, teamwork, and collaborative working culture. I believe in working hard with a focus. Above all, I lay emphasis on professional excellence and moral integrity. I am also very keen to support the growth and profitability of any organization that provides challenges to encourage advancement and working towards achievements. I like to seek relevant and challenging positions in an enabling environment where my current qualifications work experience and abilities would be an asset to the organization. I have enthusiasm, creativity, team skills, dedication, commitment, and ambition. My goal is to acquire and disseminate as much knowledge as is possible to all my fellow workers on the value of honesty, responsibility good use of freedom, tolerance, and hard work.
