The discussing style, The directing style, in teaching effectively, I know variety of styles, and know how and when to choose the most appropriate one for the specific situation.

Result: I currently taking students on A-level examination courses, and they are doing great. They understand that their learning is not just for the examinations alone, but for self building and society impartation.
