First I talk with my students with no judgments.Then gradually I try to know their strength and weaknesses. I want to know from them why they want to take these classes.I should know very well the reason behind any class or work they wish to take from me. This is the most valuable and interesting part of teaching students,knowing their mindset and how can I give them my best. Want to know about their quarries and doubts at last.I ask them how they felt about my class. If any need of change they require I consult with them and try to give my best with my teaching pattern.
