I am currently pursuing my BTech and have a strong background in science and communication. My first approach is always to create a comfort zone for my students so that they grow the ability to interact properly. I tend to develop a deeper understanding of the subjects in my students so that they develop a sense of curiosity which is one of the important factors to master a subject. I also take regular exams to evaluate the students proper development. I also try to develop myself from the feedback of my students. I, myself also being a student understand the mindset of a student and try to teach in a more friendly way rather than professional old school techniques.
