I have been a IIT-JEE Maths faculty at super -30, Patna for two years, PGT Maths at St. Dominic Savio’s high school, Patna & IIT-JEE Maths faculty at Nucleus Eduserve for 2 years & currently IIT-JEE Maths faculty at Vidya Hub Delhi since last 2 years. During this time, I became skilled at working in the development of Individualized education program. I had two aides who worked with me. I was able to train them in such a way that they needed very little supervision.
Integration into regular classes was an important aspect of the program. During the course of my five years as the IIT-JEE Teacher there, I was able to accomplish an integration of 90% in some children and up to 100% in others depending on the disabilities and needs of the child involved.
