I am a yoga teacher. i am doing yoga for 52 years. I am teaching yoga on line and off line since 7 years. I am teaching Astanga Yoga of Patanjali. I am teaching yoga Asanas and Pranayama. If necessary i will tell you good food habits. earlier students who were having frozen shoulders, back pain, irregular periods were relieved from their problems. Benefits of Pranayama 1. It will expand the lungs and improve its capacity. 2. Free breathing for Asthma and Bronchitis Patients. 3. By controlling the breath more retention of oxygen in the lungs will make you healthy.. Add to this i am a story teller and teach slokams also.
