Key Responsibilities:

Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to explain concepts and reinforce learning.
2. Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

Conduct initial assessments to determine students' academic levels and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and track students' progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and feedback.
Adjust instructional methods and materials based on students' progress and feedback.
3. Subject Expertise:

Provide tutoring in specific subject areas, such as math, science, English, history, or foreign languages, depending on the tutor's expertise.
Stay current with the curriculum and educational standards for the subjects being tutored.
Assist students with homework, test preparation, and projects.
4. Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about students' progress, challenges, and successes.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to align tutoring sessions with classroom instruction and curriculum.
Provide recommendations for additional resources or strategies to support student learning at home.
5. Academic Support and Motivation:
