My name is Brenda Francis, I am 30 years old and currently I worked as a Personnel Specialist and an Administrator in Julius Nyerere Hydro Power Project.
I personally teach as an English and Swahili tutor for the children and also students of different ages; for those beginners and intermediates .
I prefer using books, pictures, games, story books in the future,lectures or coaching styles but mostly blending with a student is the easiest method to help personalized teaching methods which will be friendly and easy adapted with a student some of the student that i had.
I can help a student learn easily and understand also memorize what he or she has learned even by using his or her school methods, books or homework so that it gives better understanding and quick learning for a student.
Finally weekly and monthly tests to monitor student’s developments is the best way to make student cooperate and to see places that needs extra attentions and reviews and also to encourage the student more and more.
I believe through efforts and patience we can both make it worth the time given and learn better.
