I have done my PhD in ELT( English Language Teaching) from Aligarh Muslim University .Having an experience of 9 + years in the field of teaching. Willing to take classes on an online mode from intermediate to post graduates.
I prefer hybrid and facilitator teaching style. Try to strike a balance between teacher and student centered approaches. Encourage inquiry based learning. Students learn by thinking critically, in collaboration and in communication skills. Students remain active and engaged for longer period of time. Holding small group discussions, enforcing peer work, small assignments and projects and final assessments are done to evaluate students learning skills.
