I use learner based teaching style . Basing on the individual learner learning ability I will be abe to find a suitable methodology that is not only compatible with the learner but also lively, objective-achievement oriented . Growth and achieving goals are my main pillars/principles of life.
I work towards getting better everyday : the learner and I. My learners always look forward to our next learning sessions. In my class : we learn by achieving objectives set for the class and Life: being better version of ourselves. Respect is paramount.
Results are a mark of progress and where to improve and work on : it's okay to make mistakes but the best justice a learner (and everybody in life) can do is learn and correct from those mistakes and be better.
My motto is : BETTER YOUR BEST.
