Hi my self Uma,
I can support the students with my heartful dedication if they are really interested to learn and work Hard, especially who are little bit fear about math,I make sure with in one month I can prepare them be confident about their worth...
And I used to make them to learn from basic level onwards which is useful to develop their confidence and by conducting small tests they can be improved and my teaching will be fully friendly and also with student response mode it will turn in to interesting mode..
And especially when there is a topic which is most important I prefer to start with a real life connection which creates a good interest in students mind and also in some cases like activity based learning also I prefer for some particular topics which is useful to remember the concept for long time in students mind.
