I teach by innovative methods like learning by doing, activity method, story telling method etc.
My pedagogy is child centred, i only facilitate the child. I believe that students are the good constructor they can construct their concept on their own they just need scaffolding and i can provide them. My class is very interesting and fun loving we don't only study we apply in daily life too. As a teacher my result is excellent in evs social science and English, hindi too. If you want to also avoid the old method of learning and rote leaning, lets collaborate.
