I have good commands on teaching.
Using lesson plans for each and every subjects. Using deductive and inductive methodologies and techniques say demonstrative, students -centered approach, activity base learning, by using modern technologies to enhance students' interest and abilities.Using audio visual aids.
Give some tasks/questions as an assignment or home work. Next day check students assignment and home work. Those students who have completed their homework and assignment, I give them rewards or prizes. And those students who haven't completed their homework and assignments, I give them extra time to complete their homework. If they don't do homework habitually, then I called their parents and inform them (the parents) that their son(s) or daughter(s) don't complete their homework daily (mostly solved the students who are very weak mentally or financially). As most of the students' parents are uneducated and illiterate therefore I give extra time after afternoon for free tuition.
Similarly during summer vacations I call students for difficult subjects say Maths, English and general science
